Square in a Square® Workshops

Learn the Square in a Square® technique! This method for creating triangles and perfect points without cutting a triangle is the rage in the US and Canada. It is loved by experienced and beginner quilters alike.

Demo & Lecture:

A good way to introduce the Square in a Square (R) method to your group. Includes an explanation of Square in a Square® as well as a trunk show with many examples of how the Square in a Square® technique can make quilting fun again!

Workshops:

4 hour workshop: you will learn the basics of Square in a Square® as well as making the units for a small wallhanging. Trunk show included.

6 hour workshop: you will learn the basics of Square in a Square, make a small wallhanging, as well as how to adapt this method to other quilts.

Classes:

Many classes are available for any season: Fall Pumpkins, Christmas tree, Spring tablerunner, Summer Berry Basket, and the favorite Constellation. Each class introduces your group to the Square in a Square® technique or for those who already love it, lets them learn more. Samples and kits are available for any workshop or class.

Quilt-As-U-Go

In this workshop you will learn 4 techniques for quilting your quilt. We will look at construction of quilts and learn how to break them into manageable pieces, quilt them, then put them back together. I LOVE this technique and use it often! I finally have been able to FINISH those quilt tops in my UFO bin! This is available as a 6 hour workshop or as a 1 hour lecture/demo.
