Quilt-As-U-Go

It is nice to be able to create your own quilt from beginning to end, but the quilting can be difficult. Quilt-As-U-Go allows you to quilt your own quilt on your domestic sewing machine. There are 4 methods of Quilt As You Go. Try them all or just one in these classes.

Quilt-As-U-Go Lecture/Demo

This lecture/demo will show the 4 techniques of Quilt-As-U-Go. A 2 hour class can accompany it to give each student a sampler of the techniques

Needles, Threads & Bobbins

All you wanted to know about needles, threads and bobbins (and tension) but were afraid to ask! Understanding the tools we use will help us have a better experience with our machines.

2 of a Kind

I have been quilting and sewing for a long time, more than 40 years. Over these years many techniques have come and gone. Some are gone for good as better tools and techniques create more accurate results. But there are some techniques that have stood the test of time. I have also found that there are several ways to create the same quilt design. Often one way is a very traditional, but not a quick technique. The other method is quick and easy. But both are important to build your skills as a quilt maker.

Variations Attic Windows

Take a pre printed quilt panel with a lovely outdoor scene , cut it up, add some sashing and you have a beautiful window wall hanging. You will even forget that you are making miters! Simple, easy, and fast! Just like I like it!
